Through a week's internship, we visited several residential sites (Shangzuo, Oriental Garden, etc. ) I went to Tangshan Ring Expressway again. Here, I was deeply impressed by the exquisite layout of Shangzuo, the personalized design of Oriental Garden and the perfect shape of expressway overpass.

I learned a lot of practical knowledge through practice. The so-called practice is the only criterion for testing truth. By standing by, I observed the whole construction process at close range, and I could face the constructors face to face to see how they constructed and how to turn the model on the drawing into a beautiful building, and I learned a lot of practical and concrete construction knowledge, which I seldom contacted and paid attention to at school, but it was also very important basic knowledge. That day, we stepped on a ladder made of steel pipes and iron nets and began to feel dangerous. There are steel pipes or iron bars sticking out everywhere. The formwork and supports on the second and third floors have been removed, and it can be clearly seen that the pillars supporting the upper weight are so big that we all feel that the height of the floors has become smaller. There are many constructional columns around the load-bearing columns to increase the strength of the wall and avoid the collapse of the wall because of its long length. Along the way, we saw that the supports of the upper floors were not removed. These supports are made of steel pipes and templates. Steel pipes are very dense, and obviously need a lot of support to bear concrete slabs and beams with no strength at all. In architecture, I found many cracks in the joints of some buildings. After the teacher's explanation and the information I collected, I gained a lot. This is a very complicated problem, so let me talk about my opinion:

There are many reasons for cracks in concrete, mainly the change of temperature and humidity, brittleness and unevenness of concrete, unreasonable structure, unqualified raw materials (such as alkali-aggregate reaction), formwork deformation, uneven settlement of foundation and so on. In the process of concrete hardening, cement releases a lot of hydration heat, the internal temperature rises continuously, and the surface produces tensile stress. In the later cooling process, due to the constraint of foundation or old concrete, tensile stress will appear in concrete. The decrease of air temperature will also produce great tensile stress on the concrete surface. When these tensile stresses exceed the crack resistance of concrete, cracks will appear. The internal humidity of many concrete changes little or slowly, but the surface humidity may change greatly or greatly. Such as poor maintenance, sometimes dry and sometimes wet, surface shrinkage and deformation are constrained by internal concrete, which often leads to cracks. Concrete is a brittle material, and its tensile strength is about110 of its compressive strength. The ultimate tensile deformation under short-term load is only (0.6 ~ 1.0) × 104, and under long-term load is only (1.2 ~ 2.0 )×. In reinforced concrete, tensile stress is mainly borne by steel bars, while concrete only bears compressive stress. If the edge of plain concrete or reinforced concrete has tensile stress, it must be borne by the concrete itself. In general design, no tensile stress or only a small tensile stress is needed. However, when the concrete cools from the highest temperature to a stable temperature during operation, it often produces considerable tensile stress inside the concrete. Sometimes the temperature stress will exceed the stress caused by other external loads, so it is extremely important to master the variation law of temperature stress for reasonable structural design and construction.

On Monday, June 7, the internship turned cloudy and sunny, not only for learning, but also for experiencing life, which I thought about before the internship began. I will not only study and practice on the construction site, but also observe people living on the construction site, whether they are migrant workers or engineers. On the first day of internship, we will meet in the morning and start in the afternoon. Several students were late. After following the teacher to the construction site, the teacher will introduce our engineers to us. The teacher and the engineer exchanged cigarettes and exchanged pleasantries, and then they began to learn substantively. Teachers and engineers showed us around the building. Have a preliminary understanding of the internship location. Gong Li, the person in charge of the construction site, showed us around the site and introduced the general situation of the project and the construction progress. The engineer who took us said that the building in the North District is being finely decorated, and we will see the whole process from the ground decoration to the installation of large central air conditioning. We are very excited to hear the news. Isn't our purpose just to get something? After visiting the construction site for nearly an hour, we came to the office. The engineer said that we will learn to read pictures here in the future. We are very happy to hear the news, but we didn't expect to work in an office in the future. Hehe ~ ~ ~ We looked at some drawings in the office and got a preliminary understanding of the interior of the complex building. Then we looked at the construction drawings and knew the renovation progress. Come back at night and communicate with different groups of students, only to know that we are relatively relaxed. We don't have to drive nearly an hour to the construction site every day, and we don't have to spend money. And they were all envious when they heard that we were internship in the north campus of our school. This is one of my luck. I am in poor health and should not run around outside. Fortunately, the monitor assigned me to this group.
