Measures to confer bachelor's degrees on graduates

Chapter I General Principles

Article 1 In order to adapt to the actual situation of the development of higher education self-study examination, these Measures are formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Detailed Rules for the Granting of Degree in Zhejiang University (No.37 [2004] of Zhejiang University) and other documents.

Chapter II Application Conditions

Article 2 All graduates with good moral character, law-abiding and meeting the following conditions may apply for the award of a bachelor's degree:

(a) to master the basic theory of Marxism and have the initial ability to engage in scientific research or undertake professional and technical work;

(2) Pass all the course examinations and graduation thesis (design) defense specified in the undergraduate professional plan, and obtain the undergraduate diploma, with an average score of 70 points (including 70 points) or above in the course examination and 75 points (including 75 points) or above in the graduation thesis (design);

All courses and grades specified in the undergraduate professional plan shall be subject to the corresponding contents listed in the Registration Form for Graduates of Zhejiang Higher Education Self-taught Examination. Exempted courses and graded courses are not included in the average grade, and graduation thesis (design) is regarded as a course.

(3) Those who have passed CET-3 or above (including CET-3) written test (with a score of 60 or above), scored 70 or above in the second foreign language and literature major, and scored 70 or above in the international business English (or business knowledge English) major in international trade within five years before graduation.

The specific calculation method of the number of years: push forward five years from the date when candidates obtain the graduation certificate of self-taught examination (for example, the qualification certificate obtained from June 5438+February 2006 to June 5438+February 2006 for self-taught undergraduates is valid).

Chapter III Application Procedures

Article 3 Undergraduate graduates of self-study exams shall apply to the school for awarding a bachelor's degree within one year after obtaining the graduation certificate of self-study exams in accordance with the prescribed requirements and time.

Article 4 Graduates who meet the application conditions shall apply to the Continuing Education Management Office within the time specified by the school and submit the following materials:

1. application form (in duplicate);

2. Undergraduate diploma (original and photocopy 1 copy);

3. Undergraduate registration form (original or photocopy of 1 stamped by the personnel department that manages my file);

4. National English Test Certificate (1 original and photocopy, except English language and literature and international trade);

5. Undergraduate achievement certificate (original);

6. One inch standard photos (2 photos).

Fifth continuing education management office in accordance with the provisions of the qualifications and application materials of degree applicants for preliminary examination, and submit the audited list of applicants to the school bachelor's degree examination and approval committee.

Article 6 The School Bachelor's Degree Examination and Approval Committee shall conduct a comprehensive review of the application materials of degree applicants, and those who meet the requirements will be awarded a bachelor's degree;

Seventh continuing education management office announced the list of bachelor's degrees awarded, and issued a bachelor's degree certificate.

Chapter IV Supplementary Provisions

Article 8 The school will organize the last examination for degree courses in 2007 (registration time is February1September), and the target is self-taught undergraduates who graduated in February 2006 and June 2007 and meet the requirements for taking the examination for degree courses in the original incentive policy. Undergraduate students who graduated in June 2007 and meet the requirements of applying for a bachelor's degree without examination in the original incentive policy are still subject to the original incentive policy.

Article 9 If the methods for awarding bachelor's degrees to graduates of higher education self-study exams previously issued by the school are inconsistent with these measures, these measures shall prevail.

Article 10 These Measures shall be interpreted by the continuing education management office and implemented by undergraduates who graduated from the self-study examination in February 2007.
