Zhang, male, 188 1, was born on February 9th in Yixian County, Fengtian (now Zamulinzi Village, Benjita Township, Linghai City, Liaoning Province), and his ancestral home is Taikoozhuang Huapen Village, Shenxian County, Zhili Province (now Qianmotou Town, Shenzhou City, Hebei Province). Zhang is a general of the Northern Warlords of the Kuomintang Army, a patriotic Democrat, a close friend of the China Producer Party, Zhang Xueliang's "deputy commander" and Zhang's "sworn brother". He is the uncle of Feng Zhanhai, who is known as "the first anti-Japanese in Jilin". During his tenure in Jilin, Zhang built Jidun Railway, Jilin University, waterworks and asphalt roads, and refused to cooperate with the Japanese to build Jihai Railway. 1949 Tianjin died in March.
