(1) Persons who sign up for the national postgraduate entrance examination shall meet the following conditions:
1. People's Republic of China (PRC) citizen.
2. Support the leadership of the China * * * production party, have good moral character and abide by the law.
3. Physical health status meets the physical examination requirements stipulated by the state and the admissions unit.
4. Candidates must meet one of the following qualifications:
(1) Undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications (20 1 September 51) must obtain a nationally recognized undergraduate diploma. Including undergraduate graduates of adult higher education organized by ordinary universities and adult colleges, as well as undergraduates who can graduate through self-study exams and online education);
(2) Persons with a nationally recognized bachelor's degree;
(3) Persons who have graduated from a nationally recognized higher vocational college for two years (to 20 15, 1, the same below) or above, have reached the same educational level as undergraduate graduates, and meet the specific business requirements put forward by the enrollment unit according to the training objectives of the unit;
(4) Undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications shall apply for the exam according to the equivalent academic qualifications of undergraduate graduates;
(5) Persons who have obtained master's or doctoral degrees;
Postgraduates must obtain the consent of the training unit before registering.
(two) the national unified examination conditions for professional degree graduates shall be implemented in accordance with the following provisions:
1. Those who register for the postgraduate entrance examination of Master of Laws (Illegal Studies) must meet the following conditions:
(1) meets all the conditions in (1).
(2) My previous major was non-law major (graduates of law major [code: 030 1], graduates of law major at junior college level and graduates of self-taught law major are not allowed to enter the exam).
2. Those who sign up for the Master of Laws (Law) postgraduate entrance examination shall meet the following conditions:
(1) meets all the conditions in (1).
(2) I majored in law before (only law graduates [code: 030 1], law graduates at junior college level, and self-taught law graduates can apply).
3. Those who sign up for the entrance examination for MBA graduates should meet the following conditions:
(1) satisfies the conditions of 1, 2 and 3 in (1).
(2) Persons who have worked for more than 3 years after graduating from university; Or a person who has more than 5 years of work experience after obtaining a diploma from a nationally recognized higher vocational college and has reached the same academic level as a college graduate; Or a person who has obtained a master's degree or doctoral degree and has more than 2 years of work experience.
4. Those who sign up for the entrance examination for graduate students with professional degrees other than Master of Laws (Illegal Studies), Master of Laws (Law) and Master of Business Administration shall meet all the conditions in (1).
