China Geo University (Wuhan) 1983 established the Gemological Research Office, which developed into the Gemological Research Institute, a secondary institution of the university. 1989 established the Gemological Institute with the approval of the Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources.
1992 Jewelry Testing Center of China Geo University was established with the approval of the school; 1993 was approved by Hubei Provincial Bureau of Standards to add the brand of Hubei Jewelry Quality Supervision and Inspection Center; 1998 was approved by Wuhan Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision to add the brand of Wuhan Jewelry Station for Product Quality Supervision and Inspection.
In order to better serve the national jewelry industry, in July, 2003, the jewelry testing center of China Geo University set up a jewelry testing Shenzhen laboratory in Shenzhen, the processing center of the national jewelry industry, which mainly provides jewelry testing certificate service and gives consideration to jewelry training and education.
On June 5438+ 10, 2006, Guangzhou Laboratory was established in China Jade Crystal Wholesale Center. Shenzhen Laboratory and Guangzhou Laboratory are both branches of Jewelry Testing Center of China Geo University, which are under the unified management of the center.

All staff of the Center shall conduct inspection and testing in strict accordance with national laws, regulations, standards, methods, guidelines and the requirements of this quality manual, and shall not participate in any activities that undermine the independence and integrity of inspection and test judgment; Do not participate in product design, development, production, supply, installation, use or maintenance activities related to inspection and testing projects or similar competitive projects.

Complete inspection and testing tasks independently. Ensure the fairness, legality, scientificity and accuracy of inspection and testing. Provide the same quality service for all customers who submit for inspection (or are inspected).

If it is found in the course of work that there are acts that violate science, hinder judicial justice or even violate discipline, the center will immediately pursue the responsibility, deal with it seriously, and report to relevant parties in time.
Keep the business secrets of customers' technology, materials and data strictly confidential, and never use customers' technology and materials to engage in technology development and technical services.
All staff of the center must abide by professional ethics, standardize professional behavior, handle affairs impartially, strictly implement various rules and regulations, and do not be selfish, so as to ensure the correctness of inspection reports issued to the outside world and the fairness and reliability of evaluation conclusions.
