I. Re-examination Method According to the document requirements of the Ministry of Education and the current needs of epidemic prevention and control work in Guangdong Province, our school decided to take the network remote re-examination method for postgraduate students in 2022.

Second, the content and requirements of the second interview (1) The second interview mainly examines ideological and political quality and moral quality, foreign language listening and speaking ability, professional basic theoretical knowledge and application skills, innovative spirit and ability, practical (experimental) ability, scientific research potential, professional responsibility, teamwork, manners, expression and etiquette.

The second interview takes the form of interview assessment, with a total score of 200 points, including comprehensive quality and ability, professional quality and ability, each 100. Comprehensive quality and ability include ideological and political quality and moral quality 20 points, foreign language listening and speaking ability 20 points, basic literacy 60 points; Professional quality and ability include three aspects: 60 points for professional knowledge and basic skills, 20 points for innovation ability and scientific research potential, and 20 points for professional knowledge and personal development. The passing line of the retest score is 120, and those who fail will not be accepted. The list of candidates to be admitted is determined according to the weighted sum of the results of the initial and re-examination and from high score to low score.

The initial test scores and retest scores are added according to the weight, and the total score of retest admission is obtained. The total score of candidates' re-examination admission = initial examination result × initial examination weight+re-examination equivalent academic achievement × re-examination weight, in which the re-examination weight is 40% and the initial examination weight is 60%. (6) The team leader of the second interview should organize the instructors to discuss the second interview procedures and matters needing attention before the second interview, ask questions scientifically and make detailed records. Each re-examination team consists of not less than 5 teachers and 1 working secretary. Re-examination teachers should be composed of graduate tutors or teachers with associate senior titles or doctors' degrees, including not less than 3 graduate tutors. (7) In principle, each college organizes a second interview according to its major. Among them, theoretical economics, political science, Marxist theory, journalism and communication, mathematics, electronic science and technology, information and communication engineering, computer science and technology, physics (excluding optics), public management, chemistry, material science and engineering, mechanics, environmental science and engineering and other majors. All of them are based on the first-level disciplines, and the second interview should be organized according to the first-level disciplines. China History, Electronic Information (School of Information Science and Technology), Internal Medicine (First Clinical Medical College), Surgery (First Clinical Medical College), Ophthalmology (Second Clinical Medical College) and other majors must be re-examined according to the research direction. The interview methods, time, difficulty and performance evaluation criteria of the re-examination teams in the same discipline (major or direction) should be unified.

(8) All colleges should strictly supervise the process and establish and improve the "three random" working mechanism of "randomly determining the re-examination order of candidates", "randomly determining the members of the tutor group" and "randomly selecting re-examination questions". Strengthen technical support and safety guarantee, organize simulation drills in advance to ensure the safety, smoothness and stability of the second interview process. The audio, video and audio-visual materials of the whole re-examination are properly kept by the research offices of all colleges, and the storage period is 10 years for future reference.

(9) The retest time of each candidate is generally not less than 20 minutes, and candidates should be given time to fully express themselves.

(10) Be sure to inform every qualified candidate before the second interview. The method is effective and records can be kept. In case of SMS, email or telephone recording, candidates should receive a reply to the re-examination notice and save it until the admission notice is issued.
