How do members pay?
Members' travel expenses are paid regularly to the alliance organization. According to the nature and income of members, the requirements for paying tour fees are different, specifically:

1. All members with wage income shall pay the tour fee according to the following proportion on the basis of fixed wage income. The monthly wage income below 400 yuan (including 400 yuan) is 0.5% of the monthly wage income; If the monthly wage income is above 400 yuan, it shall be paid at 1% of the monthly wage income. Temporary workers and contract workers, during the period of wage income, pay the tour fee according to the above provisions.

2, the peasant league members working in township enterprises pay the tour fee according to the proportion stipulated in the first paragraph of article 1; Other peasant league members pay a monthly tour fee of 1 jiao.

3. Student league members (including graduate league members who have no wage income) pay a monthly tour fee of 1 cent. Members who are paid to study shall pay the tour fee in accordance with the proportion stipulated in the first paragraph of Article 1.

4. Members engaged in individual industrial and commercial operations in cities and rural areas shall pay the tour fee according to the average monthly income after paying income tax in the last quarter, with reference to the proportion specified in the first paragraph of Article 1.

5. Members who have no economic income or mainly rely on pensions and relief funds pay a monthly tour fee of 1 cent. If a member has real difficulties in life and is unable to pay the tour fee, he may apply for it by himself, and may pay less or be exempted from paying the tour fee after discussion and consent by the general meeting of branch members and approval by the grass-roots Committee of the League.

Members who have reached the age of 28 and have not held positions in the group should go through the formalities of withdrawing from the group.

Article 41 The main sources of funds for the Youth League are: tour fees paid by members, funds spent by the Party, the government, enterprises and institutions on youth undertakings, working funds of the Youth League, legitimate social support and other legitimate income of the Youth League.
