Wenzhou belongs to the Greater Vancouver Regional Bureau under British Columbia; Besides Wenzhou, the Regional Bureau also has 20 towns, including Richmond, burnaby and Surrey. Wenzhou City is adjacent to the University Reserve in the west, facing Wen Xi District, Beiwen District and Beiwen City in the north, Bennabi in the east and Richmond in the south across the tributary of the Fishahe River.
