Inner Mongolia University is located in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia. It is a national key university jointly established by the Ministry of Education and the Inner Mongolia People's Government. It is a national "double first-class" construction university, a national "2 1 1 project" construction university, a first-class university construction support university in Inner Mongolia, and a national key construction university of "one province and one school" in the central and western regions.
2. Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology
Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology, located in Baotou, is a first-class discipline construction university in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and has been selected as one of the national "Basic Capacity Building Project of Central and Western Universities", "Excellent Engineer Education and Training Plan" and "New Engineering Research and Practice Project".
3. Inner Mongolia University of Technology
Inner Mongolia University of Technology is located in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It is a full-time undergraduate college established with the approval of China People's Ministry of Education and sponsored by the People's Government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
The school has been selected into the basic capacity building project of universities in the central and western regions of China, the excellent engineer education and training plan of the Ministry of Education, the first batch of universities implementing new engineering research and practice projects of the Ministry of Education, and the universities receiving scholarships from the China government for overseas students in China.
4. Inner Mongolia Agricultural University
Inner Mongolia Agricultural University, referred to as "Inner Mongolia Agricultural University", is located in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The school is a full-time ordinary college founded by the former State Forestry Administration and the People's Government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It is the first "Lei Feng University" in China and the first batch of national universities supported by "one province, one school" in the western development.
The school has also been selected into the basic capacity building project of colleges and universities in the central and western regions, the national public graduate program for building high-level universities, the featured key disciplines, and the education and training program for outstanding agricultural and forestry talents. The school is supported by China Agricultural University.
