Among them, the vision standard can be appropriately relaxed: undergraduate graduates who are supplemented to command positions have naked eye vision of 4.7 or above; Or the naked-eye hyperopia of one eye is above 4.6, the naked-eye hyperopia of the other eye is above 4.5, and the corrected vision of each eye is above 4.8; Undergraduate graduates who have been supplemented to technical posts have naked vision of 4.5 or corrected vision of 4.7 or above per eye. Graduates who receive and train command cadres should be above 1.68m for boys and above 1.58m for girls, with good temperament image. Graduate students with master's degree or above may relax their eyesight and height standards appropriately without affecting their work.
There is still a limit to the age of joining the army. Young men 18 to 20 years old, with high school education or above, employees in enterprises and institutions can be relaxed to 2 1 year old, and college education or above can be relaxed to 22 years old. For fresh college graduates, as long as they voluntarily join the army, they can be relaxed to 23 years old. In order to meet the needs of army building, some young men who graduated from senior high schools (including vocational high schools, technical secondary schools and technical schools) over 0/7 years old can be voluntarily recruited into the army. Non-commissioned officers must be male citizens who have been trained by middle (high) level vocational and technical schools (colleges), obtained vocational qualification certificates issued by the state at the beginning (middle) level or above, and have corresponding majors. The basic conditions are as follows: (1) Political examination and physical examination meet the political and physical conditions for active service; (2) Graduates of secondary vocational and technical schools must obtain the vocational qualification certificate issued by the state at or above the junior level, and engage in the professional work for more than 1 year; College degree or above, must obtain the intermediate vocational qualification certificate issued by the state, can recruit fresh graduates, can also recruit professional and technical personnel of enterprises and institutions; (3) the age is generally not more than 25 years old. If the army has special needs and has a technician professional qualification certificate, it can be relaxed to 27 years old. Compared with the original regulations, the age has decreased. The original rule is that the age is generally not more than 28 years old. If the army needs special majors or professional qualification certificates of technicians and senior technicians, the age can be relaxed to 30 years old.
