Xi Jiami, male, born in June, 1974, from Wuhu, Anhui,1joined the party in February 1996,1joined the work in July 1997. Have a full-time university degree, a bachelor's degree in engineering, an in-service postgraduate degree, a doctor of engineering, and a professor. He is currently the Standing Committee Member and Vice President of the Party Committee of Northwest University.
In recent years, he has presided over or participated in more than 20 vertical and horizontal scientific research projects, including 2 scientific and technological progress awards in Shaanxi Province, 2 invention patents and 5 utility model patents. He has published more than 30 papers in academic journals such as Journal of Rock Mechanics and Engineering, Journal of Coal, Journal of China Highway and Transportation, Journal of Chang 'an University (Natural Science Edition) and Journal of Mining and Safety Engineering.
He presided over or participated in many teaching research and teaching reform projects, among which "Expanding the research and practice of ideological and political education in colleges and universities with the construction of study style as the breakthrough point" won the second prize of teaching achievement in Shaanxi Province in 2007, and "Research and practice of laboratory management system reform and resource optimization and integration in colleges and universities in the new period" won the second prize of teaching achievement in Shaanxi Province in 20 12.
