Technical schools and vocational schools ranked independently, and the old Taiwan Province University of Science and Technology regained the championship and sat firmly in the top two with University of Science and Technology Beijing; Nantai University of Science and Technology won the first place in private technical post, and Wenzao Foreign Languages College won the title of "International Outlook and Foreign Language Ability" in technical and vocational colleges.
