Hainan University Youth Inspirational Association was established on June 5, 2009. Under the leadership of the Youth League Committee of Hainan University and the Federation of Student Associations of Hainan University, many activities with the theme of "youth" and "inspirational" have been held since its establishment one year ago, and certain results have been achieved. The campus culture of college students is rich and colorful because of the community life. As a member of college students' club, in order to play the role of youth inspirational club and serve its members better. Based on the principle of "taking the essence of heaven and earth, respecting nature and forging ahead with classmates", we actively listened to the opinions of the leaders of the Youth League Committee and the school Federation and the majority of old and new members, and made a preliminary outlook for the development of the association in the next academic year. 1. Daily work: (1) Hold a ministerial meeting of the association to discuss the problems encountered in recent work and solve them. Learn lessons, sum up experience, and strive to do every job better. (2) Establish a strict management system 1. Attendance system for members: (1) When each department works and holds a regular meeting, each minister counts attendance and submits it to the head of the secretariat for filing. (2) Give a warning to those who are late for work, meetings and other activities five times each semester; Those who are absent for three times without reason shall be deemed to have withdrawn from the meeting automatically. (3) Leave shall be submitted in advance by the minister of the department, signed by the minister and submitted to the secretariat for the record. 2. Minister's attendance system: (1) The cadres of this Association must attend the notified meetings and activities on time. (2) give a warning to the cadres of this association who are absent for no reason, and report the punishment internally. Those who are absent twice will automatically quit, and the membership fee will not be refunded. Under special circumstances, you can ask for leave from the secretariat for no more than three times, otherwise it will be treated as three absences. 3. Absence explanation: (1) reward system. Those who are proactive, have a strong sense of responsibility and have certain leadership skills may be designated as ministers, deputy ministers or vice presidents as appropriate. (2) Punishment system, those who are indifferent to the work of the association and do not obey the arrangement of the association can be given necessary and appropriate criticism, and those who are serious can be dismissed; Members who do not abide by the articles of association can be dismissed, and those who violate the articles of association and fail to change after education can cancel their membership; Those who make serious mistakes in their work will be punished. (3) Convene general meetings of all members on a regular basis. Exchange between old and new members to promote members' understanding of the association. Now it's scheduled for every two weeks at 7: 00 on Saturday night. Summary meeting 1, president and minister summarize the work of this school year, actively listen to the suggestions of members, sum up experience, plan the work in the coming year, and do a good job in the inheritance of the association. 2. Before the end of the year, the ministers, officers and members shall be assessed with clear rewards and punishments. 3. This semester, we will sincerely cooperate with other brother associations to better serve the members of the association and further expand the influence of the association among students. 4.
