How should schools coordinate the contradiction between young teachers and older teachers?
There are contradictions between old teachers and young teachers, mainly because of their different teaching methods and ideas. If the school wants to coordinate these contradictions, it should not let young teachers and older teachers have classes in the same class and separate these teachers. Young teachers teach one class and old teachers teach one class, so the contradiction between them is coordinated.
