Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant laws and regulations of the Ministry of Education, and in line with the requirements of the Ministry of Education to "govern according to law".

Article 2 Our school is called China Pharmaceutical University, which is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education and a national "double-class" construction university (first-class discipline). School address: No.24 Tongjiaxiang, Zhongyang Road, Gulou District, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province (Xuanwumen Campus); No.639 Longmian Avenue, Jiangning District, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province (Jiangning Campus). School level: undergraduate and junior college; Type of school: national public full-time ordinary colleges and universities.

Article 3 Certificate issuance: Undergraduate and junior college students who meet the graduation requirements of this major within the specified time shall be awarded the graduation certificate of China Pharmaceutical University; Undergraduate graduates who meet the relevant provisions of the school's degree granting shall be awarded the bachelor's degree certificate of general higher education.

Article 4 The enrollment work of China Pharmaceutical University will fully implement the spirit of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education, and comprehensively measure the candidates' morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor based on the principles of fairness, justice and openness, and select the best candidates.

Chapter II Organizational Structure and Responsibilities

Article 5 China Pharmaceutical University shall set up its own enrollment committee, with the president as the director and the school leaders in charge of enrollment as the deputy directors. Responsible persons of relevant functional departments and representatives of teachers, students and alumni serve as members to review, inspect and supervise important matters of enrollment; The Committee has a leading group for college enrollment, which is entrusted by the College Admissions Committee to lead the enrollment work of school-based colleges in a unified way.

Article 6 The Admissions Office of China Pharmaceutical University, as the permanent working body of the school, is responsible for the daily work of enrolling undergraduate and junior college students. Its duties are:

1. Strictly implement the policies of the Ministry of Education on enrollment and the supplementary provisions and implementation rules of the admissions committees of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities);

2 according to the provincial and professional school enrollment plan, formulate school enrollment regulations;

3. Carry out enrollment publicity and consulting services, and introduce our school's situation and enrollment policy to candidates and parents;

4. Complete the enrollment work objectively and fairly, and be responsible for coordinating and handling various problems encountered in the enrollment work;

5. Fulfill the corresponding responsibilities of college enrollment information disclosure;

6. Cooperate with the relevant departments of the school to review the admitted freshmen;

7. Complete other tasks assigned by the education authorities and schools.

Article 7 The enrollment work of China Pharmaceutical University shall be carried out under the supervision of the discipline inspection and supervision department of the school.

Chapter III Enrollment Plan and Admission

Article 8 The enrollment work of China Pharmaceutical University is under the unified leadership of the Ministry of Education, and is conducted under the organization of the enrollment committees of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) in accordance with the principle of "the school is responsible and the provincial enrollment supervision".

Article 9 China Pharmaceutical University enrolls students for the whole country. According to the principle of "combining with the actual situation of the school, optimizing the structure of students and promoting education equity", the enrollment plan is determined by province and specialty. The annual enrollment plan and the enrollment plan by province and specialty shall be subject to the announcement of provincial enrollment institutions.

The school takes no more than 1% of the total undergraduate enrollment plan as the reserved plan, which is mainly used for adjusting the imbalance of students in the local unified examination at the undergraduate level and solving the enrollment of candidates with the same score.

Article 10 Access principle

1. File according to the results provided by the provincial admissions offices (including the national college entrance examination plus points confirmed by the provincial admissions examination institutions). All college entrance examination bonus items and scores are not applicable to the enrollment of high-level sports teams and high-level art troupes in 2020. According to the batch order, the proportion of college students' files is controlled in principle within 120% of the plans announced by the provinces. According to the batch submitted by parallel volunteer, in principle, the shift ratio is controlled within 105% of the plans announced by the provinces.

2. According to the principle of giving priority to scores, candidates who enter the archives are admitted to this major (including Inner Mongolia) according to their file scores, and there is no grade difference between professional volunteers. In the case of the same score, the scores of literature and history candidates are compared in turn with those of literature and comprehensive, Chinese, foreign languages and mathematics, while those of science and engineering candidates are compared in turn with those of literature and comprehensive, mathematics, Chinese and foreign languages, and those of provinces that implement the comprehensive reform of college entrance examination are compared in turn with those of mathematics, Chinese and foreign languages. Within the scope permitted by the scale of professional enrollment, the school will appropriately adjust the professional enrollment plan according to the candidates' professional volunteers.

3. Candidates applying for English major are limited to English language; Candidates applying for other majors are not limited to foreign languages. After entering school, foreign language teaching is English. Non-English language candidates should fill in the form carefully.

4. According to the batches of voluntary filing in turn, if the number of first volunteer candidates is insufficient, the non-first volunteer candidates in the same batch will be selected according to the scores of candidates from high to low, until the source plan is completed. If the number of qualified non-first-choice candidates is still insufficient, volunteers will be collected. According to the batch submitted by parallel volunteer, unfinished projects will also solicit volunteers. If the recruitment of volunteers is still insufficient, the remaining plans will be transferred to other provinces with good student quality to complete the enrollment plan.

5. At the time of admission, previous students and current students are treated equally; All enrollment majors in our school do not limit the ratio of male to female students.

6. Admission of candidates who walk students, college special programs, high-level art troupes, high-level sports teams, ethnic minority preparatory classes, mainland Xinjiang high school classes, mainland Tibet classes, and national special programs shall be implemented in accordance with the policies stipulated by the Ministry of Education, provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and school documents.

7. Physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation and the Notice of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health on Further Standardizing Physical Examination for Enrollment and Employment and Safeguarding the Employment Rights and Interests of HBsAg Carriers.

College (higher vocational) batch enrollment code 1 109: requirements for selected subjects: cc; The scores of compulsory subjects must meet the requirements of voluntary reporting stipulated by Jiangsu Education Examinations Institute.

When dealing with the relationship between scores and grades, the method of "grade difference" is adopted to add 3 points to candidates with A+A+ subject level; Candidates of A+A add 2 points; AA candidates add 1 point to arrange majors.

The arrangement of professional volunteers is based on the principle of score priority and equivalent benchmark score (the score converted from grade difference), and there is no grade difference between professional volunteers. In the case of the same benchmark score, the candidates of literature and history compare the scores of Chinese (including extra points), foreign languages and mathematics in turn, and the candidates of science and engineering compare the scores of mathematics (including extra points), Chinese and foreign languages in turn.

9. In the provinces that implement the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination, when candidates fill in their volunteers in the college entrance examination, the elective subjects must meet the requirements of the relevant school enrollment majors (classes), and the students' comprehensive quality archives used are as follows:

In special types of enrollment, comprehensive quality archives materials are used as reference for registration qualification examination;

In the general college entrance examination, comprehensive quality files are used as a reference for arranging candidates to adjust their professional volunteers.

Chapter IV Supplementary Provisions

Eleventh freshmen, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and the school entrance qualification examination. Students who fail to pass the review shall be dealt with according to the relevant provisions of the enrollment work.

Article 12 In 2020, our school will continue to implement the enrollment mode of "combining major categories with majors", and the specialty setting will closely focus on the needs of the pharmaceutical industry chain. All majors are in pharmacy, and pharmacy-related courses will be offered. The major that implements large-scale enrollment enrolls students according to the professional category. After entering the school, in the second semester of freshman year, students will be diverted according to the major enrollment diversion scheme formulated by the school, and sophomores will enter professional study. Among them, when the candidates of the economic management experimental class admitted in 2020 are diverted in the class, the liberal arts candidates can choose four majors: international economy and trade, business administration, marketing and economics, while the candidates of science and comprehensive reform provinces can choose international economy and trade, business administration, marketing and economics.

Article 13 Our school collects tuition and accommodation fees in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and the standards approved by the Jiangsu Provincial Price Bureau. Accommodation fee on campus 1500 yuan/academic year, subject to the actual accommodation arrangement.

Article 14 On the basis of strictly implementing various state funding policies, the school has established a six-in-one linkage funding system combining funding and education, which provides a solid economic guarantee for students from poor families to successfully complete their studies. Article 16 Our school does not entrust any intermediary agency or individual to enroll students, and does not charge any fees other than those stipulated by the state. Our school reserves the right to investigate the responsibility of intermediaries or individuals who engage in illegal enrollment publicity activities in the name of our school.

Article 17 The Admissions Office of China Pharmaceutical University shall be responsible for the interpretation of these Articles of Association.

Article 18 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
