Co-founded by Secretary General of China Art Education Promotion Association and Secretary General of China Artists Association Li. Published by China over the years, edited by Jilin China Fine Arts Book Publishing Information Society and published by Jilin People's Publishing House, it is a regular brand-name yearbook in China. China University Students' Yearbook of Fine Arts is a parallel product. It is not published in domestic publishing houses, but in Hong Kong publishing houses.
