For more than 40 years, the whole hospital has consciously followed the school-running philosophy of "shaping image, improving quality, improving environment and strengthening education", educated and guided the teachers and students of the whole hospital to be "rigorous, diligent, thoughtful and interested in learning" and constantly "optimized the educational environment and created a civilized campus". After years of hard work and development, we have trained more than 8,000 qualified communication graduates for enterprises. Most of them have become the backbone or professional experts in the front line of enterprise production, and a considerable number of them have taken up management positions at the grass-roots level of enterprises and contributed their talents to the development of enterprises. In order to make up for the plight of our college students who have only high skills but no high education, our college has jointly set up higher correspondence education with Shijiazhuang Vocational and Technical College of Posts and Telecommunications, Xi Institute of Posts and Telecommunications and other universities, and the correspondence work is progressing smoothly, with more than 300 students above junior college. At the same time, our college is also the postal training center of Shaanxi Province, which undertakes the training of new postal technology, new business and staff quality in the whole province. Over the past five years, * * * has trained more than 20,000 middle and senior talents in communication technology, computer, marketing and business administration.
In addition, our college is also the center of the national postal distance education and training network (level 2). Since its operation, the center has successfully downloaded teaching software for more than 30 courses from the Distance Education and Training Center of the National Bureau, which has played a positive role in better carrying out employee education and training and improving the quality of employees. At the same time, Shaanxi postal communication vocational skill appraisal station and computer high-tech examination station are also located in our hospital. From 2002 to 2006, the appraisal station of our hospital appraised a total of 1 1675 people in postal savings, postal services, delivery, marketing and automobile driving, which made a positive contribution to the development of Shaanxi postal communication.
