He is also a member of China Enterprise Management Research Association, and concurrently serves as a special management expert for many well-known financial media, writing articles or opening columns for these journals, and is praised as a "new culture dark horse" by the industry for his outstanding achievements in management concept innovation. Service brands include multinational companies in China, top 500 companies in the world, and top 100 companies in China such as China Building Materials and Shengli Oilfield. Their main research fields include behavioral performance management, efficient quantitative management, marketing strategy management and human resource management, and they are practical management experts. His book Random Thoughts on Business after Lazy Lunch (China Economic Publishing House, 2004) is regarded as the first popular financial science book in China, and the innovative management science book Management Should Manage Behavior (Economic Management Publishing House, 2006).
