The college entrance examination website shows that there are four universities in Jiamusi.

1. Jiamusi University: Located in Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province, it is a provincial-level high-level university under key construction in Heilongjiang Province, and it is also the supporting university of the National Basic Capacity Building Project (Phase II) of 100 central and western universities during the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan period.

2. Heilongjiang Agricultural Vocational and Technical College: It is located in Jiamusi City, the eastern part of China, with the best charm of ecological environment. It is the only full-time ordinary institution of higher learning in the eastern part of Heilongjiang Province to train higher vocational and technical talents.

3. Jiamusi Vocational College: It is a full-time public ordinary higher vocational college approved by the Heilongjiang provincial government and filed by the Ministry of Education. On September 20 17, Jiamusi Vocational College was successfully selected as the second batch of modern apprenticeship pilot units of the Ministry of Education.

4. Heilongjiang Sanjiang Art Vocational College: It is a national ordinary college approved by the Heilongjiang Provincial Government and filed by the Ministry of Education, and is led by the Provincial Department of Education.
