University of South China has six affiliated hospitals, namely the First Affiliated Hospital, the Second Affiliated Hospital, the Third Affiliated Hospital, Changsha Central Hospital and Public Health Hospital. The First Affiliated Hospital of South China University is located at No.69 Chuanshan Road, Hengyang City, Hunan Province, covering an area of 124.99 mu, and was founded in 1943. It is a three-level general hospital integrating medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, prevention and rehabilitation.

The Second Affiliated Hospital of South China University is located at No.35 Jiefang Avenue, zhengxiang district, Hengyang City, Hunan Province, with a total area of 150 mu. Established in 1949, it is a tertiary general hospital. The hospital has departments such as urology, neurology, intensive medicine, gastroenterology, endocrinology, respiratory medicine, cardiovascular medicine, hematology, oncology, radiotherapy, nephrology rheumatism, hepatobiliary, splenic and pancreatic surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics and so on.
