Nanjing University 12 students Ren Xinmin, Zhu Guangya, Cheng and Zhao Jiuzhang are alumni of Nantah. Min Enze, Wu, Liu Dongsheng, Zhang Cunhao and Cheng are alumni of NTU. Min Naiben, Wang Debao, Qin Renchang, Feng Kang and Hou Xianguang, who won the first prize of National Natural Science, are all NTU graduates. As of February 20 12, NTU is the only mainland university that has won this honor.
Ren Xinmin (1915 12.5 ~ 2017 February12), male, from Renjiawan, Shengkang Town, Anhui Province, is an expert in space technology and liquid rocket engine technology, and one of the important pioneers of missile and space technology in China.
1940 graduated from Chongqing Military and Political Department Ordnance School. 65438-0945 went to the Graduate School of the University of Michigan, USA, and obtained a master's degree in mechanical engineering and a doctor's degree in engineering mechanics. 1980 was elected as an academician of China Academy of Sciences. 1985 was elected as an academician of the International Academy of Astronautics (IAA).
He led and participated in the development of the first self-designed liquid rocket engine for liquid medium-range ballistic surface-to-surface missiles, and won two special prizes for national scientific and technological progress, the Outstanding Scientist Award of Qiushi Fund, the Meritorious Medal for Outstanding Contributors to China Manned Space Work, and the Meritorious Medal for "Two Bombs and One Satellite". 17 February, Ren Xinmin died at the age of 102.
