Candidates for the Presidium should be representative and come from typical students of schools, colleges (departments) and outstanding students in all aspects. The members of the work department of the school-level student union are recommended by the college (department) Youth League Committee, and determined by the student work department of the school party Committee and the school Youth League Committee.
The candidates for the Presidium of the College (Department) Student Union and the staff of the Student Union shall be recommended by the class league branch and determined by the Party organization of the College (Department) with the consent of the College (Department) League organization. Under normal circumstances, no less than 50% of the staff of the school-level student union come from the college (department) student union.
