St Petersburg State University of Culture and Arts

Formerly known as: National Academy of Cultural Sciences, founded in 19 18, it is the most important cultural and artistic research and teaching base in the former Soviet Union, and now it is a university directly under the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation. Since its establishment more than 80 years ago, it has trained a large number of cultural and artistic talents for the former Soviet Union and Russia.

St. Petersburg State University of Culture and Arts, founded in 19 18, is the first institution of higher learning in Russia engaged in education and research in the field of culture and art, and has become one of the important innovative leaders in the fields of professional actor training, culture and art development and Russian culture and education.
