2. national english contest for college students (NECCS) is the only competition in China organized by the Steering Committee of Foreign Language Teaching in Colleges and Universities and the Foreign Language Teaching Research Association in Colleges and Universities to examine the comprehensive English ability of college students. The purpose of this competition is to cooperate with the evaluation of higher education teaching level, implement the spirit of college English teaching reform and examination reform, stimulate students' interest in learning English, promote the all-round improvement of college students' English level, and select and reward college students with excellent English learning results.
