Professor An Shiquan has been engaged in teaching management of higher education for a long time. During my tenure as the director of the Academic Affairs Office of Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, I actively promoted the reform of teaching management and made great breakthroughs in teaching quality engineering, teaching achievements and central and local projects. With the careful organization and joint efforts of the teachers and students in the whole school, we have achieved:

-Won the third Chongqing Education and Teaching Achievement Award *** 14, including 5 first prizes, 4 second prizes and 5 third prizes. This is the first prize of municipal teaching achievements won by our school 12 years, which is almost five times that of the previous two sessions.
