Hati is located in nangang district, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province. It is the only general physical education college in Heilongjiang Province, and the excellent undergraduate teaching evaluation institution of the Ministry of Education. Has the International Ice Hockey Federation (Harbin) Education Development Center.

The school was founded in 1956, formerly known as Harbin Sports School. 1958 In September, the State Council approved the establishment of Harbin Institute of Physical Education on the basis of Harbin Institute of Physical Education. 1970 in may, the Heilongjiang provincial government decided to cancel the institute of physical education and merge it into Harbin normal university.

2. Jilin Institute of Physical Education

Jilin Institute of Physical Education, referred to as "Jilin Institute of Physical Education", is located in Changchun, the capital of Jilin Province.
