Use the line command to draw the outline of the steel bar diagram, as shown:

Draw details on the basis of the outer frame, as shown in the figure:

Then find the trim command in the toolbox, as shown:

Trim the redundant lines with the trim command, as shown in the figure:

Find the text tool in the toolbox, as shown:

Use the text tool to mark the requirements on the drawings, so that our reinforcement diagram can be drawn, as shown in the figure:
