This still varies from person to person. Everyone has different needs for coffee, and coffee has different reactions to everyone. And some coffees do have a refreshing effect, but some coffees have no effect.

For me, no matter what kind of coffee, I can't mention it. Coffee has no effect on me at all. Not only can it not refresh you, but it will help you sleep after drinking it.

Once, I got on the plane early in the morning and then rushed to the airport. After getting on the plane, I asked for a cup of coffee. I like to drink hot drinks on the plane, so I started to sleep on my stomach after one drink. I had another cup of coffee when the plane meal came. Later, I was thirsty and drank another cup, so I drank three cups of coffee all the time. This is the first time that I slept so well on the plane. I think it's all coffee that helps me sleep.

This is not the first time. When I am studying, I like to drink coffee early in the morning. I found it quite useful when I first came into contact with it. It can help me refresh myself, but before long, I found that I want to sleep more after drinking it. Maybe I'm immune to coffee. Later, I switched to tea. I still want to sleep after drinking, and I can't lift my spirits at all.

Later, I changed to a Vietnamese bitter coffee, which seems to be a little useful again. But after a long time, it still has no effect. So coffee still varies from person to person. My roommate just can't sleep when he drinks the coffee machine, and he is completely excited, especially when he drinks coffee or tea at night, he will stay up all night.

Different physiques will have different effects, but I think drinking coffee in the morning is not good for your health, so you should drink it in moderation. Whether it's for refreshing or for habit, it's time to change
