The National University of Singapore ranks among the top in Asia1;
Peking University rose from the seventh place last year to the second place, making a great leap;
The Chinese University of Hong Kong (ranking 1 1) and Kyoto University of Japan both rose by two places (ranking15);
Yonsei University in Korea ranks among the top 20 in 22 years, ranking 16, with a significant increase;
Chinese mainland still lags behind in the proportion of doctoral students: there are only 1 1 universities in the top1,while there are 40 in India, 15 in South Korea and 14 in Japan.
The 650 Asian universities participating in this ranking are located in 18 regions in Asia, which is 18% higher than the previous ranking, making it the largest Asian ranking in QS history. Since 2009, the QS Asian University Ranking has been published once a year, and the top universities in Asia are selected every year.
