Candidates who apply for high school should have a graduation certificate from ordinary high school, vocational high school, technical school, technical secondary school or other equivalent education; Candidates applying for the college entrance examination need to have a series of diplomas from national education institutions (including higher vocational colleges). The nursing specialty is limited to on-the-job health technicians who graduated from secondary specialized schools and have professional counterparts and hold professional qualification certificates for nurses.
2. Introduction to the Open University.
The National Open University, headquartered in Beijing, is directly under the Ministry of Education. It is a new-type institution of higher learning with the mission of promoting lifelong learning, supported by modern information technology, and featuring "internet plus", which is open to the whole country.
According to the school official website in 2022, the school headquarters has four campuses, namely Wukesong, Fuxingmen, Gong Wei Village and Daxing Weishanzhuang, with a total area of more than 200 mu and a construction area of 6,543,800+3,000 square meters. The school consists of 1 headquarters, 45 branch schools and 3735 learning centers.
