The College of Liberal Arts has a contingent of teachers with high academic level and reasonable age structure and title structure. The college has famous teachers in Fujian Province, winners of the May 1 ST Labor Award, outstanding teachers in Fujian Province, outstanding teachers in Fujian Province, and outstanding teachers in overseas Chinese affairs system. Significant progress has been made in discipline construction.
