After swiping the card, go inside. The innermost machine on the left hand side is used to return books. Put the books to be returned in that small grid (one by one), just wait until the books are shaken and pushed forward.

After going upstairs, all the borrowing rooms can borrow books. There will be a computer-like machine at the door of the borrowing room, which can borrow or return books. Click Borrow Book to swipe your card on the card swiping machine nearby. Then put the book on the counter. When the machine is finished, you can take it away, continue to put the books or "quit" to finish. If you want to return the book, just click "Return the Book" and put it on the counter. There will be a prompt on the screen when processing.
