1. Students who have studied for 4 years, but have not obtained the credits required for professional graduation, may apply for an extension of graduation, but the maximum length shall not exceed 6 years, including suspension time.
2. Students who can't continue their studies with their original grades or are warned by their studies because of too many times of resumption of classes can go through the formalities of changing their school status and transfer to the next grade. After their own application and examination and approval by their departments and academic affairs offices, they will graduate from the next grade.
Application procedure:
1. Students who apply for extension of graduation should fill in the Application Form for Extension of Graduation for Ordinary Full-time Undergraduate Students within the graduation year stipulated by the standard academic system, submit a written application, and report it to the competent dean for approval after being examined and approved by the department and the Academic Affairs Office.
2. Students who postpone graduation should keep their school status, but they should enroll in appropriate grades and participate in group activities according to the courses that students should study during the extended study period. All departments should strengthen the management of students who have extended their study years.
