The particularity of rural areas in China lies in surnames. There are thousands of big villages and hundreds of small villages on the plain. Hundreds of people in a village are not ethnic minorities. The complex relationships between people and between people and families are closely linked with each other, which leads to the continuous confusion of relations and interests.
If the secretary of the village branch does not speak principles, his personal reputation will be greatly reduced, which will inevitably bring many problems to his work. In other words, "village officials are difficult."
The main tasks of the village party secretary are as follows:
First of all, we must lead the villagers to get rich. Most rural farmers earn money by farming, and their income is low. As a village party secretary, we should first consider how to guide the villagers to get rich.
Secondly, we should guide everyone to change the face of the village. On rainy days, a lot of mud in the countryside is all over the village. Roads are mainly dirt roads. The environment is very bad There is rubbish everywhere on the road. It is also very important for village cadres to strive for relevant policies and support funds to make their villages healthier and better.
We should think more about the villagers. The villagers have many trivial matters and many difficulties to solve. For example, help the elderly in the village to apply for old-age insurance, help poor families apply for government subsidies, and solve the contradictions between villages.
But in fact, there are very few village cadres who can do the above three points now.
Viewpoint 2:
I think the village cadres in our village should be very enjoyable. I have been working since I was a few years old. Now I am in my thirties, and he is still in office. I think this problem is not just a problem in our village.
Once a smash hit college student went to the village as a village official. Our village secretary gave gifts everywhere to keep his position, and now he is very comfortable.
There are thousands of people in our village, with 4 mu of land per capita. Crops include wheat, corn and peanuts. I think the village party secretary that everyone hopes should do something practical for the villagers, but this is not the case.
In 2009, the whole town built a new countryside. Our village is a pilot village. The whole village United to build houses on both sides of the road. The government allocated the demolition money, and the village party secretary finally put his own money into his own pocket. When we declare the demolition payment, because our village is relatively large, the village party secretary actually divides a village into two villages to declare.
When villagers want two children, they have to pay 20,000 yuan and two China cigarettes. Everyone in the village knows, but they dare to be angry and dare not speak, because the villagers have nothing to do with this matter.
Maybe my attitude towards the village party secretary is extreme. I have never believed that there are really village officials who are willing to serve the villagers, as long as they are not greedy for the money in the village and do not burn high incense.
My family once suggested that I choose the village head, but I refused. I'm afraid someone will stop me from doing practical things for the villagers. I'm afraid I'll join them in corruption.
Viewpoint 3:
Whether the village party secretary is difficult or not depends on his own selfishness.
I was born and raised in the countryside. Graduated from high school at the age of 78 16 and returned to the production team to work in agriculture. Later, when I was a village representative (squad leader), I worked as a member of the production team, an accountant and a member of the village Committee. Cadres of the rural energy department and township cadres retired as county heads. It can be said that with the reform and opening up, rural work has never left and has a close relationship with many farmers.
Taking 2005 as the boundary, I don't think it can be said that the current village officials are more difficult than those before 2005.
In the past, it was difficult to be an official in the village because the village was poor and people's lives were difficult. At the same time, we must also hand over the agricultural tax, grain output, family planning and other tasks in the village to the government, and at the same time solve the living problems of the villagers, get them out of poverty, let their children receive education, provide medical care, and so on.
There are no more difficulties now than in the past. For example, the pressure of "precise poverty alleviation" in difficult countries is huge and difficult, and it is very difficult to work in rural areas for several days without rest.
The most difficult thing is the subsidy given by the government. Because of the corruption, selfishness and unfair distribution of individual village party secretaries, the masses are very angry and embarrassed.
