Cao Xianqiang was born in September 1967. He was born in Linyi, Shandong. 1985 studied in the philosophy department of Shandong university, and 1992 obtained a master's degree in western philosophy. In the same year, he joined the WTO and made a living by doing business. 1at the end of 996, I heard that my alma mater was preparing for the administration major, and I really wanted to go back to school. After that, he studied for a doctorate on the job, was promoted to a professor in 2006, and visited the University of Bath from May to June 2007. He is currently the vice president of School of Political Science and Public Administration of Shandong University, director of MPA Education Center of Shandong University, director of Institute of Urban Development and Public Policy of Shandong University, director of National Modernization Management Research Association, and expert of decision-making think tank of Jinan Municipal Committee.
