The International College of Qingdao University is located in the scenic E Shi Resort for the Elderly, close to the mountains and the sea. This college is one of the 23 colleges of Qingdao University, which is responsible for the research, development and implementation of international cooperative education projects of Qingdao University. It offers nine undergraduate programs, including international trade and economy, international business, tourism and hotel management.

Management, accounting, logistics, English, Korean, e-commerce and software engineering, as well as two diploma programs, namely international business and marketing. There are more than 4,000 full-time students and full-time teachers 188, including 38 foreign teachers at present. International College has advanced multimedia foreign language teaching facilities and modern educational laboratories.

The management style, educational philosophy and teaching agreement of international colleges are all based on developed countries. The course design reflects the international, modern and practical environment. It also created its own unique educational style by drawing lessons from the teaching design concepts of foreign universities. Some foreign original textbooks have been introduced, and more than 30% of the courses are taught by local teachers or exchange teachers from foreign universities.
