Tea Department of Zhejiang University is a national key discipline of tea science, with first-class teaching and research conditions and teachers, and rich teaching resources.
This course aims at systematically and comprehensively training the professional theoretical knowledge and practical skills of tea practitioners. The course is taught by professors and experts from Zhejiang University Tea Department and other teaching and research units. The course covers tea germplasm resources and quality, tea cultivation management, tea processing, tea nutrition and health, comprehensive utilization of tea, scientific tea drinking, tea tasting, tea culture, tea art, tea brand building and marketing, tea space design and other knowledge. After passing the examination, Zhejiang University will be awarded the certificate of continuing education.
