" It is human nature that every graduate wants to find a satisfactory job in the process of choosing a job. But how to realize this desire requires a correct understanding of oneself and an objective evaluation of one's ability. Second, grasping the opportunity and self-promotion are "useless heroes" for our graduates. On the other hand, most enterprises are also faced with the reality that there are no heroes in the "useless land". Therefore, learning to "seize the opportunity and sell ourselves" is our first step out of school. We usually use our spare time to browse some recruitment and employment information online. Seize every job opportunity, even if you get a cold shoulder at the job fair, it is for self-improvement and accumulation of experience. Zhekuan's employment idea is to go to the western rural areas for employment. The western development policy calls for college students to go to the west, because the demand for college students there is much higher than that in the eastern region or other places. However, many college students are reluctant to work in the west because of poor working conditions, bad climate and poverty in the west. The reason may be that a good job is not good for me. During this time, I heard from the counselor at school that the employment rate of college students applying for village official employment after graduation is still relatively high, so they discriminate against rural work. We just graduated from college and looked for a job, just like a commodity. Learn to sell yourself, adjust your employment mentality, have confidence in yourself, have the courage to compete, and show your cleverest side to the recruiting unit. And don't overemphasize your wishes, but focus on the development of society, units and individuals. Third, you should have a long-term goal. People who have no goals are sad. Sadness. What? Even if you try hard, it will be difficult to reach that beautiful land, or even sail farther and farther away from the land. People who have no goals and directions may change jobs today, change jobs tomorrow, change several units a year, or even change several industries. In fact, if you have been in a company for less than two years, you can't really understand the company's specialty, business, management and other things; Every industry has its own characteristics. If you can't stay in an industry for three or four years, you can't grasp the feeling of this industry at all, and you can't find it. How can you talk about success in life in this industry? Finally, I think that as a contemporary college student, I should have certain entrepreneurial ability. Before the financial crisis, in the eyes of many of our college graduates, foreign companies or state units were our fragrant buns. What can we say in the face of this situation? Now the country is also actively encouraging college students to start businesses. I think this is a good opportunity. We should pay attention to cultivating our own entrepreneurial consciousness and ability in our usual study.
