2. Civil servants and institutions may still have this distinction.
As long as you graduate from a full-time university, you will automatically have the status of a cadre. Within one year of graduation, you didn't handle related matters in time. When you need to use the cadre identity in the future, you suddenly find yourself lost. In fact, the identity of cadres is obtained in this way: according to the regulations, only the units that have signed the personnel agency agreement with the municipal talent exchange service center can go to the archives department to go through the grading procedures for college graduates and confirm the identity of cadres.
4. The processing conditions and procedures are as follows: after the full-time college graduates recruited by the state have worked for one year with the dispatch certificate, the unit will apply, fill out the Approval Form for Graduation Grading of College Graduates as required, and affix the official seal of the unit. Take the original dispatch card to the archives management office of the talent exchange service center of this city for handling.
In other words, if you haven't worked in the unit on the dispatch card for one year, you certainly don't have the status of a cadre. Although you have been working for a year, the unit has not applied for regular grading, and you do not have the status of a cadre.
