The French Language and Literature Department of Nanjing University actively carries out academic exchanges at home and abroad. So far, it has established cooperation projects with many famous institutions of higher learning to jointly train undergraduates and doctoral students, such as ENS, Paris Political University, Paris IV (Sorbonne University), Paris VIII, Paris XI University, Paris XII University, and Artois University. And held many large-scale academic conferences, and found a way to promote teaching in this direction through foreign exchanges and cooperation. At the same time, under the background of globalization, actively organizing the translation of French literary, cultural and social science masterpieces is of great significance to strengthening the exchanges between China and the European Union and more than 50 French-speaking countries and regions in the world and maintaining the cultural diversity of the world.
