I am XXX from XXX Department of XXX College. First of all, I am honored to have this opportunity to stand here and participate in the election of the new student union members. I'm going to run for the director of the propaganda department of the student union.

First, my understanding of student union cadres.

As we all know, the student union is our students' own organization. As college students, students' union is the bridge and link between students and schools. It is the duty of our student union to serve students and promote harmony between teachers and students. My previous study career and years of experience as a class cadre and a league cadre have accumulated a lot of work experience for me. I deeply understand that as a student union, we should always carry forward the spirit of fearlessness and dedication, think about what students think and worry about their urgency. Stand up at the critical moment and live up to the expectations of teachers and classmates.

Second, after the successful election, my work goal.

If the election is successful, as the Minister of Propaganda Department, I will definitely work harder, set clear goals in my work, and strengthen communication and exchanges with students. I will unite and lead all my classmates, work hard, be brave in innovation and take responsibility. I will work hard with my classmates to establish a good collective spirit, school spirit and study style for the school. In the process of building grass-roots organizations for universities, I can contribute to this, hone myself in my work, constantly improve my ideological consciousness, enhance the appeal and cohesion of the propaganda department of the Student Union, and cooperate with the school to do a good job in the daily management of the school.

Third, improve personal ability.

At work, I will find my mistakes and shortcomings in time, so that teachers and classmates can realize them. I will also listen carefully to the opinions and suggestions of other members and classmates to make myself more perfect. I will use my youth and blood to gain the recognition of students and schools. I believe we will create a new era of student work in our school with our hands.
