Article 2 The principle of openness, fairness, impartiality and merit selection must be followed in the work of changing majors. The macro-control of the school is that the enrollment in the year of changing majors is within 30%, and the enrollment in the year of changing majors is within 20%.

Article 3 Students who have a strong interest in applying for a major change and meet their relevant admission requirements may apply for a major change through on-campus evaluation in the first semester.
Article 4 Under any of the following circumstances, you may not apply for changing your major. Students who have been studying in school for less than one semester, and the enrollment regulations of the year of enrollment clearly stipulate that they cannot change majors, and are dropping out of school or retaining their school status; At the time of enrollment, it was determined to be targeted employment, and the physical condition did not meet the professional medical examination standards.
Fifth institutions of higher learning should do a good job in transferring to a major examination under the unified arrangement of the school, and the specific procedures are as follows.
1. All colleges should formulate their own assessment methods for transferring majors according to the actual situation, and make clear provisions on the assessment content, methods, procedures, the number of students who can transfer or transfer majors, and the registration conditions, and report them to the Academic Affairs Office for the record before promulgation and implementation.
2. Students who apply for changing majors should apply online within the specified time. Successful applicants need to print the Application Form for Changing Major of Anhui Normal University, and submit it to the college after being audited by the student's college. Only those who have passed the college examination can take the examination for changing majors.
3, each college should set up a professional evaluation team, seriously organize the professional evaluation work. The focus of the assessment should be the students' professional basic quality and specialty, and all aspects of the assessment (proposition, examination, marking and score registration, etc. ) should be supervised by special personnel, and the final score of the assessment is calculated according to the percentage system. Those who fail in the exam are not allowed to change majors.
4. After the examination, each college will sign the opinions according to the examination results, and submit the application form to the Academic Affairs Office, which will make it public after examination; After the publicity has no objection, the official list will be released.
