Hengshui University: Formerly known as Zhili Sixth Normal School, which was founded in 1923, Jinan Institute of Architecture was established in 1948, and was transformed into Jixian Normal School in Hebei Province in 1949. 1960 moved to Hengshui and changed its name to Hebei Hengshui Normal School. 1978 With the approval of the State Council, Hengshui Teachers College was established on the basis of Hengshui Teachers College. 1998 10 With the approval of the people's government of Hebei Province, Hengshui Teachers College and Hengshui Education College merged to form a new Hengshui Teachers College, and Hengshui College was established on this basis. On May 17, 2004, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, Hengshui Teachers College was transformed into Hengshui College.

Hengshui Vocational and Technical College: 1979 Hengshui Normal School (Jixian Branch) was transformed into Hebei Jixian Normal School. 200 1 Hebei Jixian Normal School was upgraded to Hengshui Vocational and Technical College. 1972 Hengshui Finance and Trade School was established. In 2002, Hengshui Finance and Trade School was merged into Hengshui Vocational and Technical College.
