A * * * has six campuses:
1) Qianwei Campus (formerly Laojida: South Campus is the new campus at the intersection of Qianjin Street and Wei Xing Road; The North District is the intersection of the old campus at Jiefang Road and Tongzhi Street.
2) Chaoyang Campus (formerly changchun university of science and technology, Changchun Institute of Geology, the west area is at the intersection of Jiefang Road and Dongxi Minzhu Street, and now it is located on the north side of Cultural Square; The east area is in the northeast corner of the Fifth Ring Gymnasium in Yatai Street, south of the former Changchun Geological School and the Deaf School);
3) Xinmin Campus (formerly Bethune Medical University, on both sides of Xinmin Street, south of Jiefang Road and north of Xinmin Square); Nanhu Campus (former Changchun Institute of Posts and Telecommunications, southeast corner of the intersection of Qianjin Street and Nanhu Road); 5) Nanling Campus (formerly Jilin University of Technology, south of Jilin Institute of Physical Education, east of Northeast Normal University, west of Yatai Street and north of Huinan Street); 6) Heping Campus (formerly China People's Liberation Army Quartermaster University, at the northeast corner of the intersection of Xi 'an Road and Cheng Chun Street, west of 208 Hospital).
The main campus of Jilin University is in Chaoyang District. Jilin University is also divided into avant-garde areas. The so-called South District is also in Chaoyang District. Jilin University also has a Heping campus in the Green Park. 1960 is listed as a key university in the State Council. It is a comprehensive research-oriented national key university directly under the Ministry of Education and directly managed by the central government. It is a first-class national key construction university, 2 1 1 project.
