Heilongjiang Energy Vocational College (formerly Heilongjiang Coal Vocational and Technical College) is a provincial college approved by Heilongjiang Provincial People's Government in 2004 and put on record by the Ministry of Education. It is the only higher vocational college in the coal industry in Heilongjiang Province, located in Shuangyashan City with beautiful scenery.
College was founded in June 1949 1 1, formerly known as Shuangyashan Mining Bureau Industrial School, with a long history of running a school. It is a leading unit of Heilongjiang Coal and Electricity Group, a member of China Coal Industry Association and a governing unit of China Coal Education Society.
Construction process:
On April 8, 2004, the People's Government of Heilongjiang Province decided to establish "Heilongjiang Coal Vocational and Technical College" on the basis of "Shuangyashan Mining Group Co., Ltd. Staff College", retaining the enrollment qualifications of normal education, adult education and staff secondary schools.
20 1 1 1 year1October 8th, Heilongjiang Long Coal Mining Group Co., Ltd. and Shuangyashan Municipal Government signed the System-wide Handover Cooperation Agreement, and Heilongjiang Coal Vocational and Technical College was managed by Shuangyashan Municipal People's Government.
20 13,101October 28th, the executive meeting of Shuangyashan Municipal People's Government decided that Shuangyashan Normal School was merged into Heilongjiang Coal Vocational and Technical College.
On July 6th, 20 1 1, Heilongjiang Coal Vocational and Technical College established Heilongjiang Coal and Electricity Vocational Education Group.
On March 24th, 20 17, with the approval of the people's government of Heilongjiang Province, Heilongjiang Coal Vocational and Technical College was officially renamed as Heilongjiang Energy Vocational College.
