First, online self-registration
20 17, online self-service registration process completed. The login website is:, the opening time of the self-help directional service platform is August 20-30, the login user name of the platform is examinee number, and the initial password is the last six digits of the ID number (the last X is capitalized). During the orientation period, the school will not set up on-site registration points in principle. Please make preparations in advance, be sure to log on to the self-help orientation service platform within the specified time, and complete online registration procedures such as dormitory selection, entrance education test, self-help payment or batch deduction. The school is equipped with volunteers to provide orientation service for each new student. If necessary, you can contact for consultation according to the contact information provided by the system. The school self-help orientation service platform also provides mobile platform support, which students can download and use by themselves. The mobile platform supports services such as information access, consultation and interaction, and mobile navigation. Students who complete online self-help check-in procedures on time can find their own dormitory by contacting volunteers or navigating, and daily necessities such as bedding have been delivered to the student dormitory. Students who fail to complete the online registration procedures within the time limit will not be provided with bedding distribution service in the dormitory, and the beds will be arranged randomly by the system.
Second, freshmen must arrive at school on the date stipulated in the admission notice. Please don't advance or postpone. In case of special circumstances, those who can't report to the school on time must go through the formalities of asking for leave (please consult the Admissions Examination Office 073 1-58290670 for specific procedures), otherwise the admission qualification will not be retained.
3. When you come to the school newspaper, you need to bring the admission notice of our school, my resident ID card, household registration certificate (whether the household registration is transferred is up to the candidates themselves) and 8 recent 1 inch bareheaded color photos. The household registration address is Hunan University of Science and Technology, Xiangtan City, Hunan Province. The relevant contents in the ID card and household registration transfer certificate cannot be temporarily changed or altered, especially the date of birth and ID number must be consistent, otherwise they cannot settle down. Party member and the League members need to carry a letter of introduction on the relationship between the Party and the League organizations. The organizational relationship of party member is started by the organization department of the county (city) committee and transferred to the organization department of the Party Committee of Hunan University of Science and Technology (candidates in the province) or the organization department of Xiangtan Municipal Committee (candidates outside the province); The relationship between youth league organizations is started by administrative organs, enterprises and institutions above the township (town) or the Youth League Committee of the original school, and transferred to the Youth League Committee of Hunan University of Science and Technology. Freshmen in Hunan Province should go to the local city and county education bureaus (examination institutes) to collect paper files and bring them to the school newspaper. The paper files of freshmen from other provinces shall be handled according to the relevant policies of their provinces of origin.
Four, according to the relevant laws, regulations or policies of the former Ministry of Railways, freshmen can buy half-price tickets from home to school at the local railway station with the admission notice.
Five, charging basis, monetary items, charging standards and payment methods.
(1) Basis of charges

(3) Payment method
The school adopts the self-service orientation system, and freshmen can complete the payment in two ways: first, candidates who have opened online banking in their place of residence make online self-service payment according to the tips of the self-service platform, and the payment status can be queried in time; 2. Candidates who have not started online banking at their place of residence will deposit the tuition and miscellaneous fees in full into the ICBC card sent by the school before August 30th, and the school will uniformly withhold and remit the tuition and miscellaneous fees for students who have not completed online self-service payment on September 2nd1-,and the withholding and remittance status will be inquired on the self-service welcome service platform after September 3rd.
6. Individual students who fail to complete online payment on time due to special reasons must pay their own fees at the finance department of the office building after arriving at school and before going through other admission procedures. Students who pay on-site fees after arriving at school need to collect bedding and other bedding at the bedding distribution point.
Seven, the school strictly implements the national financial aid policy, students with financial difficulties in families, please carefully read the "Introduction to the Financial Aid Policy for Students in Colleges and Universities" sent with the notice, fill out the "Questionnaire on Students in Colleges and Universities and Their Families", and verify and seal it at the township (town) or street civil affairs department where the family is located as required, and hand it over to the school after arriving at school as the basic material for the identification of students with financial difficulties in families. Eight, according to the relevant laws, regulations or policies of the Ministry of Education, students need to stay in the classroom as a unit. Due to the limited conditions, a small number of students can only choose to stay in ordinary dormitories temporarily when they enter school. At present, our school has started to build two new student apartments in the second district of the student dormitory, which will provide nearly 3000 apartment beds. Students can realize the information-based campus experience such as canteen consumption, bathroom consumption and library registration through the campus card, and the mobile phone can directly recharge the campus card, which is fast and convenient. Students can apply in the directional self-service system. The application method is: logging into the directional self-service system-self-applying for the campus communication card-choosing online payment, bank transfer, local mobile business hall, etc.-collecting the card at the designated place after school and registering with real name.
