The People's Public Security University of China, referred to as "Public Security University", is located in Beijing. It is an ordinary institution of higher learning directly under the Ministry of Public Security and a senior police officer college of the Ministry of Public Security. It is a pilot institution of "world-class discipline construction university" and "excellent legal talent education and training plan".

By the end of 20 18 and 10, the two campuses of Muxidi and Tuanhe occupied more than 200 mu/kloc-0, with1college, 13 undergraduate majors and 22 professional directions. There are 3 post-doctoral research stations and 3 first-class doctoral programs.

As of September 20 14, People's Public Security University of China has two national experimental teaching demonstration centers, 1 national virtual simulation experimental teaching center, two Beijing experimental teaching demonstration centers and five national specialties.

By the end of 20 1 1,1/the People's Public Security University of China had two national-level innovative experimental zones for personnel training mode, including 8 national-level excellent courses, 6 Beijing-based excellent courses and 9 Ministry of Public Security1.

Scientific research achievements:

1999 to 2003, People's Public Security University of China won 6 national scientific research awards, more than 50 provincial and ministerial scientific research awards, and more than 20 papers were included by SCI, EI and ISTP.

20 10-20 14, the school undertakes more than 300 scientific research projects at or above the provincial and ministerial levels. In 20 10, the 1 social security research project undertaken by the school won the first prize of national scientific and technological progress.
