Second, the account migration considerations
1. Freshmen's accounts can be moved or not, according to the principle of voluntary handling. If you don't move your account, you can keep your original account, and agricultural registered permanent residence students can register as urban residents' accounts on the spot; At present, Chongqing has implemented online migration. According to the principle of voluntariness, there is no need to transfer household registration.
2. The school only handles one-time account transfer procedures when new students enter school, and it will not be accepted during school. Freshmen who need to transfer their household registration must bring their admission notice, household registration certificate and a double-sided copy of the second-generation ID card.
3. The household registration certificate should be carefully verified, stamped with the private seal of the household registration police and the official seal of the local police station, and marked with the height, agricultural registered permanent residence or agricultural registered permanent residence, and shall not be altered without authorization. If there is any change, it must be stamped with the special seal for household registration of the police station where the original household registration is located. The name, gender, nationality, date of birth and ID number on the household registration certificate must be consistent with the relevant contents in the student status file and the admission notice.

Iii. Matters needing attention in party organization management
1. Students outside Chongqing: If you are party member, you must issue a paper-based letter of introduction on party member's organizational relations. China * * * produces the Party, and the recipient is the Office of the Organizational Cadres of Chongqing Municipal Education Commission.
2. Students in Chongqing: If they are party member, in principle, the organizational relationship will be transferred through "1237 1 Party building information platform", and the column of "transfer reason" must indicate "20 12 was admitted to XXX College of Chongqing Jiaotong University". The process of transferring organizational relations online is as follows: Education Committee of Chongqing Municipal Committee → Chongqing Jiaotong University → General Party Branch of An Deyu Student Community →20 12 freshmen Party branch.
Note: When students register, the school will arrange a special person to collect students' party member files.
Four. Matters needing attention in baggage consignment and ride
1. Try to take your personal belongings and luggage with you. If you really need to check in, you should check your carry-on baggage with the purchased train ticket, not in the form of a parcel before purchasing the ticket.
2. The name of the school, college and major should be filled in the address field of the baggage consignment note and the label, and the total number of pieces should be filled in the number column.
3. After handling the baggage consignment, you should properly keep the baggage consignment note and bring it to school. After arriving at school, the school will arrange for personnel to receive the "pick-up list" to receive and distribute the newborn luggage in a unified manner.
4. Keep valuables, admission notice, household registration certificate, etc.
Our school set up "Chongqing Jiaotong University Freshmen Reception Station" at Chongqing Caiyuanba Railway Station and Chongqing Longtousi North Station from 7: 00 am on September 7th to 6: 00 pm on September 9th to pick up and drop off freshmen. After the freshmen arrive at the school, please report to the reception point of your college and arrange accommodation.

Students in our school implement apartment management, and bedding such as bed sheets and mosquito nets are organized by the municipal government.

Six, entrance examination and registration related matters
1.20 12 full-time freshmen should go through the admission formalities at Shuang Fu Campus of Chongqing Jiaotong University (No.1, Fuxing Avenue, Shuang Fu New District, Chongqing) on September 8th and 9th. 20 12 level: art design, advertising, radio and television journalism, tourism management, architecture, industrial design, electronic information engineering (electronics and communication engineering-International College Teaching Reform Class), mechanical design and manufacturing and automation (Automotive Digital Manufacturing Technology-International College Teaching Reform Class), logistics management (Maritime Logistics-International College Teaching Reform Class), civil engineering (Roads and Bridges-International College Teaching Reform Class) Freshmen majoring in tourism management (international cruise management-international college reform class), engineering management (international college reform class), art design (graphic and fashion design-international college reform class) and other freshmen majoring in general undergraduate studies in Shuang Fu campus in the first and second academic years, and in Nan 'an campus in other academic years. 20 12 freshmen in higher vocational colleges are studying in Nan 'an campus.
① Those who can't arrive at school on time for some reason should ask for leave in writing from the Student Affairs Office of our school (Tel: 023-62652758), and the holiday should not exceed two weeks.
Those who are not allowed to ask for leave or fail to report for duty more than two weeks overdue will be disqualified automatically.
③ All freshmen who voluntarily give up the admission qualification must send the following materials to the Admissions Section of the Admissions and Employment Office of our school before September 8, 20 12 (subject to the postmark time): written application for giving up admission, signature of parents, copies of parents' and freshmen's ID cards, and original admission notice of our school.
(4) After the freshmen report for duty, they will be trained in Shuang Fu Campus.
2. Freshmen majoring in architecture will take the basic art examination organized by our school (examination time: 2 weeks after freshmen enter school), so please make good preparations for the entrance examination.
3. Freshmen who require to bring their own files, please take the admission notice to the middle school or the Admissions Office where the candidates are located to collect paper files and keep them properly, and hand them over to the "Receiving Freshmen's Files Office" of our school when registering for admission.

In order to ensure that students have enough energy to study, prevent students from indulging in online games and affect their growth, parents are not allowed to equip freshmen's dormitory with computers.
