1. Minister's responsibilities: Responsible for the overall planning of the work of the supervision department, do a good job of uploading and distributing, try to cooperate with the chairman to do a good job, be responsible for the organization, implementation and summary of the evaluation of various community activities, and preside over the meeting of the supervision department. Ministers should always safeguard the legitimate interests of officials, protect the personal safety of officials in activities, and coordinate various emergencies.

2. Duties of the Deputy Minister: Assist the Minister in the work of the Ministry of Supervision, guide the work of the officials of the Ministry of Supervision, preside over the meetings of the Ministry of Supervision, cultivate the practical ability of the personnel of the Ministry of Supervision, assign members, conduct daily management, appraisal and assessment of the department, and organize the department files.

3. Inspector's responsibilities: complete the work assigned by the minister and deputy minister in a timely and earnest manner, and strictly perform the post responsibilities. Learn, help and evaluate the activities of the club in person, unite and cooperate, and feedback the questions in time.

4. Ministers and deputy ministers shall not postpone or cancel the normal activities of the Supervision Section for personal reasons.

5. All the staff of the supervision department should work hard, be serious and responsible, adhere to the principle, and evaluate in strict accordance with the evaluation criteria, so that the evaluation results are consistent with the facts.

6. All personnel in the supervision department should have team spirit, supervise each other in their daily work and make progress together.

7. Strictly abide by the articles of association of Central South University Branch and the rules and regulations of the Ministry of Supervision, and resolutely implement the resolution.

Article 2 The work of inspectors

1. Inspectors must carry work permits and dress neatly at the scene.

2. Inspectors must be polite when dealing with club members, especially the person in charge.

3. The inspector must give true feedback on the inspector's activities based on the principle of "fairness and justice" and hand in his own supervision form after the activities.

4. Inspectors can communicate with members of the club properly to understand the vital interests of many members and their views on club activities.

5. Inspectors must accept the opinions of non-members of the club with an open mind, safeguard the reputation of the club and maintain the good relationship between the club and other departments and classmates of the school.

6. Inspectors must have a correct attitude and try their best to help community activities in the spirit of service.

Article 3 the behavior of supervision departments

1. The supervision department assists the secretariat in sorting out the work flow of the mass organizations in time every month, and arranges inspectors to supervise their activities in time.

2, regularly summarize the activities of the community, public inspection results, to assist the secretariat to hold a joint meeting. So as to form, maintain, check, summarize, feedback, correct and improve the cycle inspection process, and implement the function of inspection.

3. Set up a suggestion box and an online opinion platform to collect the opinions of members and even non-members of the association in time. And on-site supervision opinions to solve problems and make progress. At the same time, the appointed event site inspector is also a collector of opinions.

4. At the end of each semester, the Ministry of Supervision cooperates with various associations to organize a heart-to-heart meeting between members and HKCSS, or let members of the association hand in their experiences of joining the association, which mainly reflects the benefits that members get from the activities of the association.

Article 4 Reward and punishment system

1, at the end of each academic year, assist the joint branch of the association to do a good job in recommendation, commendation and evaluation.

2, give appropriate rewards for outstanding performance, and give priority in the selection of honorary titles.

3. Cadres or officers who are lazy and have no collective concept shall be punished according to the seriousness of the case, and those who are serious shall be dismissed.

4. If a department member is absent from the department meeting or other meetings for three times without reason, the qualification for evaluation will be cancelled.

5. Those who violate the relevant regulations of the joint branch of the association and the relevant disciplines of the school will be punished in accordance with the relevant regulations.

Article 5 recall, recall and impeachment

In order to ensure a better and more comprehensive development of the Center, the following terms are observed for the dismissal and withdrawal of some members with poor performance or abnormal work.

Dismissal:

1. Casualties and heavy economic losses caused by abnormal operation in the activity.

2. Without the consent of the director, sign a large-scale sponsorship with the school in the name of the public relations center of this institution at will.

3, without the consent of the director, without authorization in the name of the agency's public relations center to provide convenience for themselves.

4. For student cadres who are not competent for their jobs and are still ineffective after help, they shall be dismissed.

Exit:

1. Members are allowed to quit if they cannot continue to work in the center due to personal health, family and other reasons.

2. Members are allowed to keep their posts when they cannot continue working in the center for a period of time due to personal health, family and other reasons. But it must be approved by the director.

Impeachment:

Members of the center have the right to demand the impeachment of student cadres who are incompetent in their own work and still ineffective after help. Impeachment requirements are: more than 3/5 members of the public relations center agree to impeachment, and the following members of the public relations center 1/5 oppose impeachment.
