201212 On 26th of February, the Ministry of Education agreed that Guangdong Radio and Television University should be renamed Guangdong Open University with the school code of 5 13 15. Guangdong Open University is a new type of institution of higher learning which is supported by modern information technology and mainly provides long-distance open education for adults.
